REGULATION ( EEC) No 1373 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 May 1975 concerning an invitation to tender for the supply of butteroil as food aid to Guinea Bissau and the Cape Verde Islands

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN metric tons for Guinea Bissau and 100 metric tons for COMMUNITIES, the Cape Verde Islands.

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 2. Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ Article 3 ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products , 1 . Delivery shall be :

— for 350 metric tons : cif Bissau , Guinea Bissau ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : — for 100 metric tons : cif Porto Grande (Sao Vicente), Cape Verde Islands .

Article 1 2 . Cif delivery shall be effected at the moment at which the goods are actually taken in charge in the 1 .
