REGULATION (EEC) No 1406/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 May 1975 altering the period of validity fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1090/75 (EXIM) in respect of import licences for certain beef and veal products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the licences are issued on one day per month COMMUNITIES, only and for limited quantities ; whereas it is advisable to extend this period to 30 days in order to ensure Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European more regular importation of the products concerned, Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 805/68 ( x ) of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market , in beef and veal, as last amended Article 1 by Regulation (EEC) No 1 855/74 (2), and in particular Article 21 (2) thereof ; In Article 7(c) of Regulation (EEC) No 1090/75 the figure ' 15' is replaced by the figure '30'. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1090/75 (3) of 23 April 1975 on the issue by way of Article 2 protective measures of import licences for certain beef and veal products (EXIM) fixed the period of validity This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day of import licences for products originating in and following its publication in the Official Journal of coming from European third countries at 1 5 days ; the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
