REGULATION ( EEC) No 1422/75 OF THE COUNCIL of 26 May 1975 fixing the market target price and the intervention price for olive oil for the 1975 / 76 marketing year
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the application of these criteria entails fixing COMMUNITIES, the market target price and the intervention price at a level higher than that adopted for the preceding Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European marketing year, Economic Community, and in particular Article 43 thereof ;
