REGULATION (EEC) No 1426/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 2 June 1975 amending Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1401 /75 with regard to the premiums to be added to the import levies on malt

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community ;

Regulation (EEC) No 85/75 (2), and in particular Article 1 5 (6) thereof ;

Whereas the premiums to be added to the levies on Article 2 cereals and malt were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 2017/74 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1401 /75 (4); This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 June 1975. Whereas a check has revealed errors in the Annex to this Regulation ; whereas the Regulation in question It shall apply in so far as any party concerned so must therefore be amended , requests on 1 and 2 June 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
