Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1296/75 (3) of 22 May 1975, introduced a counter­ vailing charge on tomatoes originating in Bulgaria ; Article 2 Whereas, for this product originating in Bulgaria, there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 June 1975.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
