REGULATION ( EEC) No 1439/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 3 June 1975 amending Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1392/75 with regard to the amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for grain sorghum

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas compensatory amounts for cereals and rice COMMUNITIES, have been fixed pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 1392/75 (6) ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas a check has revealed errors in Annex A to that Regulation ; whereas the Regulation in question Having regard to the Treaty ( ! ) concerning the acces must therefore be amended, sion of new Member States to the European Economic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community, signed at Brussels 22 January 1972 ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 229/73 (2) of 31 January 1973 laying down general Article 1 ' rules for a system of compensatory amounts for cereals and fixing these amounts for certain products, In Annex A to Regulation (EEC) No 1392/75 the as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1860/74 (3), amount ' 10,33' appearing against subheading 10.07 C and in particular Article 7 thereof ; in the column ' IRL' is replaced by the amount ' 15,53'.

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 234/73 (4) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for a system of compensatory amounts for rice This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 June 1975 . and fixing these amounts for certain products, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 999/74 (5), and in Where any party concerned so requests, it shall be particular Article 5 thereof ; applied with effect from 1 June 1975.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
