REGULATION (EEC) No 1442/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 3 June 1975 amending the amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for cereals and rice

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 229/73 (2) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for a system of compensatory amounts for Article 1 cereals and fixing these amounts for certain products, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 860/74 (3), The amounts applicable as compensatory amounts and in particular Article 7 thereof ; shown in the Annex to amended Regulation (EEC) Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No No 1392/75 are amended as shown in the Annex to 243/73 (4) of 31 January 1973 laying down general this Regulation. rules for a system of compensatory amounts for rice and fixing these amounts for certain products, as Article 2 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 999/74 (5), and in particular Article 5 thereof ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 June 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
