REGULATION ( EEC) No 1581 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 23 June 1975 amending the amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for cereals and rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas compensatory amounts for cereals and rice COMMUNITIES , have been fixed pursuant to Regulation ( EEC) No 1 392/ 75 (6), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 1 566/ 75 ( 7) ; Economic Community ; Whereas the application of the rules referred to in Having regard to the Treaty ( ! ) concerning the acces­ Regulation (EEC) No 1392/75 requires that the sion of new Member States to the European Economic amounts at present in force should be amended as Community and the European Atomic Energy shown in the Annex to this Regulation , Community, signed at Brussels 22 January 1972 ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 229 /73 (2 ) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for a system of compensatory amounts for Article 1 cereals and fixing these amounts for certain products, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 860 /74 (3), The amounts applicable as compensatory amounts and in particular Article 7 thereof ; shown in the Annex to amended Regulation ( EEC) No 1392 / 75 are amended as shown in the Annex to Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No this Regulation . 243 /73 (4) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for a system of compensatory amounts for rice Article 2 and fixing these amounts for certain products, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 999 /74 (5), and in This Regulation shall enter into force on 24 June 1975 . particular Article 5 thereof ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
