REGULATION (EEC) No 1631 / 75 OF THE COUNCIL of 24 June 1975 on the opening, allocation and administration of a Community tariff quota for certain oils and fats of fish and marine mammals

Whereas, however, in view of the negligible volume of such a quota in relation to the actual needs of the Article 3 / Community, without thereby derogating from the Community nature of the tariff quota, a system should be envisaged based on an allocation between the 1 .
