REGULATION ( EEC) No 1673/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 June 1975 amending Regulation (EEC) No 848/75 as regards certain provisions relating to intra-Community trade in animals eligible for premiums

(EEC) No 464/75, where proof of slaughter does not reach the competent authority of the Member State Article 2 granting the premium , that State may until 1 July 1975 accept in place of the slaughtering certificate This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1975.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
