Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1573/75 (3) of 23 June 1975 introduced a counter­ vailing charge on cucumbers originating in Romania ; Article 2 Whereas, for this product originating in Romania there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1975.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
