REGULATION (EEC) No 1698 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 2 July 1975 amending Regulation (EEC) No 221 /72 fixing the coefficients to be used for the purposes of determining inventory value and specifying the maximum tolerance for quantity losses occurring during the storage of beef held in intervention

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES ,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Article 1

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

— Preserved beef products of a weight of 400 grammes per can , processed from : — 95 °/o fresh boned beef and — 5 %> scalded pork rind , unsalred 17%

— Preserved beef products of a weight of 350 or 1 815 grammes per can , containing 80 °/o or more beef ; meat excluding offals and fat 26 %>

— Preserved beef products of a weight of 425 grammes per can, processed from : — 99 °/o fresh boned beef 36 %

— Preserved beef products of a weight of 420 grammes per can, processed from : — 93 °/o fresh boned beef and — 7 °/o beef tendons 37 %>

— Preserved beef products of a weight of 340 grammes processed from : — 80 °/o minimum of cooked boned beef and — 20 °/o maximum of other products (gelling agents, fat, spices ) 49 °/o
