REGULATION ( EEC) No 1705 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 3 July 1975 fixing the import levies on rice and broken rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the levies at present in force COMMUNITIES , should be altered as shown in the table annexed to this Regulation, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 359/ 67/ EEC ( 1 ) of 25 July 1967 on the common organiza­ Article 1 tion of the market in rice, as last amended by Regula­ tion (EEC) No 476/75 (2), and in particular Article 11 The import levies to be charged on the products listed (5) thereof ; in Article 1 ( 1 ) (a) and (b) of Regulation No 359/ 67/ EEC are hereby fixed as shown in the table Whereas the import levies on rice and broken rice annexed to this Regulation . were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1 668/75 (3) ; Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other Article 2 provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1668 /75 to the offer prices and today's quotations known to This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 July 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
