REGULATION (EEC) No 1723/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 4 July 1975 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1528/75 concerning the temporary suspension of the distillation of table wines provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 1036/7.5

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Wines, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 816/70 ( !) of 28 April 1970 laying down additional Article 1 provisions for the common organization of the market in wine, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No The texts of Article 1 (a) and (c) of Regulation (EEC) 678 /75 (2), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof ; No 1528/75 are hereby replaced by the following : '(a) the distillation contracts must be concluded Whereas Article 4 ( 1 ) of Council Regulation (EEC) No before the date specified in the last subpara­ 1036/75 (3) of 21 April 1975 laying down general rules graph of Article 4 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No governing the distillation of table wines during the 1036/75 ; period 7 June to 31 July 1975, has been modified by Regulation (EEC) No 1 623/75 (4) in order to prolong (c) the total duration of the operations may not the distillation period by 14 days ; exceed 69 days
