THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN No 1615/75 to the information at present available to COMMUNITIES, the Commission that the export refunds at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation, Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation No 120/67/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : EEC (1) of 13 June 1967 on the common organization of the market in cereals, as last amended by Regula­ Article 1 tion (EEC) No 85/75 (2), and in particular the second The refunds on the products listed in Article 1 (a), (b) sentence of the fourth subparagraph of Article 16 (2) and (c) of Regulation No 120/67/EEC, exported in the thereof ; natural state, as fixed in the Annex to Regulation Whereas the export refunds on cereals and on wheat (EEC) No 1615/75, are hereby altered as shown in the or rye flour groats and meal were fixed by Regulation Annex to this Regulation. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
