REGULATION (EEC) No 1776/75 OF THE COMMISSION

of 10 July 1975 fixing the export refunds on poultrymeat for the period beginning 1 August 1975

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas, if the refund system is to operate normally, COMMUNITIES, refunds should be calculated on the following basis :

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Council Regulation No 176/67/EEC (3) of 27 June 1967, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2689/72 (4), lays down general rules for granting Article 1 export refunds and criteria for fixing the amount of 1 .
