REGULATION ( EEC) No 1860/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 18 July 1975 on the granting of private storage aid for beef

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas, in order to avoid financing normal storage, COMMUNITIES , it appears desirable to specify a high minimum quan­ tity ;

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Article 5 are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , By way of derogation from Article 2 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1071 / 68 , private storage aid may be granted only for products obtained from animals slaughtered not more than 10 days previously. HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
