REGULATION ( EEC) No 1883 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 23 July 1975 fixing the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 28 June 1967 fixing the coefficients for calculating COMMUNITIES , levies on derived poultrymeat products, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 776/74 (7) ; Having regard to the Treaty of Accession ('), as amended by the Decision of 1 January 1973 (2); Whereas the calculation of the compensatory amounts for trade with Denmark results in minimal amounts ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No whereas therefore in accordance with Article 55 (4) of 235/73 (3) of 31 January 1973 laying down general the Act of Accession no compensatory amounts rules for the system of compensatory amounts for should be fixed for that country ; poultrymeat, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2880/73 (4), and in particular Article 8 (2) thereof ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the ManageWhereas compensatory amounts for poultrymeat were ment Committee for Poultrymeat and Eggs, fixed for the period until 31 July 1975 by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 251 8/74 (5) of 4 October 1974 ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas the compensatory amounts applicable from Article 1 1 August 1975 for slaughtered poultry and for chicks are to be calculated on the basis of the amounts fixed The compensatory amounts for poultrymeat applifor these products in Regulation (EEC) No 235/73 cable from 1 August 1975 until 31 July 1976 in trade and by reference to the variation in the compensatory between the Community as originally constituted , and amounts applicable for the quantity of feed grain the new Member States and between those States and required in the Community to produce one kilothird countries , shall be as shown in the Annex gramme of poultrymeat or one chick ; hereto . Whereas the compensatory amounts applicable for the same period for other poultrymeat products must be Article 2 derived from the compensatory amounts for whole slaughtered poultry by means of the coefficients speci­ This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August fied in Commission Regulation No 199/67/ EEC (6) of 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
