REGULATION ( EURATOM) No 1908 / 75 OF THE COUNCIL of 22 July 1975 altering the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establish­ ment staff of the Joint Research Centre employed in the Netherlands

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES ,

Having regard to the Staff Regulations of officials and the conditions of employment of other servants of the European Communities laid down by Regulation ( EEC , Euratom , ECSC) No 259/68 0, as last amended by Regulation (Euratom , ECSC, EEC) No 1 009/75 (2), and in particular Article 94 of the said conditions of employment ;

Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;

Whereas, by Regulation No 1 1 /65/ Euratom (3), as last amended by Regulation (Euratom) No 408 /75 (4 ), the Council laid down the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Research Centre employed in the Nether­ lands ;

Whereas salary changes made in January 1975 for the benefit of the staff of the Reactor Centrum Nederland justify a further amendment of Regulation No 1 1 /65/Euratom for the benefit of the establishment staff of the Joint Research Centre employed in the Netherlands,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article1¶

With effect from 1 January 1975, the following shall be substituted for the Annex to Regulation No 1 1 / 65/ Euratom :

Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
