REGULATION ( EEC) No 1939/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 July 1975 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on certain other kinds of leather, except leather falling within heading No 41.06, 41.07 or 41.08 , falling within subheading 41.05 B II, originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferen­ tial tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3054/74 of 2 December 1974 apply
