REGULATION ( EEC) No 1972/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 29 July 1975 concerning an invitation to tender for the supply of butteroil as food aid to the International Committee of the Red Cross

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Delivery is deemed to have taken place when the goods are actually unloaded on the quayside at the port of unloading or on a barge , as the case may be . Article 1
