of 30 July 1975 amending, with regard to Ireland and the United Kingdom , Annex I to Regula­ tion (EEC) No 1896/73 on detailed rules for the application of intervention measures on the market in beef and veal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Management Committee for Beef and COMMUNITIES, Veal has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its Chairman, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ Article 1 tion of the market in beef and veal , as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 855/74 (2), and in particular For the products listed below, the coefficients listed in Article 6 (5) thereof ; Annex 1 to Regulation (EEC) No 1896/73 are amended as follows : Whereas the coefficients provided for in Article 6(1 ) ' IRELAND : and (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 for certain categories of animals were fixed in Annex I to Heifers 2 0-91 Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1 896/73 (3) of 13 Steers 1 0-96 July 1973 on detailed rules for application of interven­ Steers 2 0-95 tion measures on the market in beef and veal , as last Cows 1 0-77' amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1751 /75 (4) ; whereas Article 3 (3) of Council Regulation (EEC) No ' UNITED KINGDOM : 1 302/73 (5) of 15 May 1973 laying down general rules for intervention on the market in beef and veal , as (a) Great Britain : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 729/74 (6), lays Steers M 0-96 down that those coefficients must be reviewed and , if Steers H 0-95 necessary, adjusted in order to harmonize buying-in Heifers M/ H 0-93 prices in the Community ;
