REGULATION ( EEC) No 2055 /75 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 July 1975 fixing the coefficients to be applied to the minimum price and special minimum price for tomato concentrates

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN fixed for the adjustment of those prices for differences COMMUNITIES, of quality and packing ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community ; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Products Processed from Fruit Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No and Vegetables, 865/68 (*) of 28 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in products processed from fruit HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : and vegetables, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 420/75 (2) ; Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1 927/75 (3) of 22 July 1975 concerning the system of The coefficients as provided for in Article 2 (5) of trade with third countries in the market in products Regulation (EEC) No 1927/75 to be applied to the processed from fruit and vegetables, and in particular minimum price and special minimum price for tomato concentrates shall be as set out in the Annex Article 2 (5) thereof ; hereto . Whereas Article 2 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No 1927/75 provides for the fixing of a minimum price and a Article 2 special minimum price for a product having defined commercial characteristics ; whereas pursuant to This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September Article 2 (5) of that Regulation coefficients must be 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
