REGULATION ( EEC) No 2077/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 7 August 1975 amending the export refunds on cereal-based compound feedingstuffs

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the Management Committee for Cereals has COMMUNITIES, not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its Chairman, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation No 120/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 67/EEC ( 1 ) of 13 June 1967 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in cereals, as last amended by Regu­ lation (EEC) No 665/75 (2), and in particular the first Article 1 sentence of the fourth subparagraph of Article 16(2) thereof ; The export refunds on the compound feedingstuffs covered by Regulation No 120/67/EEC and subject to Whereas the export refunds on cereal-based Regulation (EEC) No 968/68 (4) fixed in the Annex to compound feedingstuffs are fixed by Regulation (EEC) Regulation (EEC) No 1982/75, are altered as shown in No 1982/75 (3) ; the Annex to this Regulation . Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1982/75 to the information at present available to Article 2 the Commission that the export refunds at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 August 1975 . Regulation ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
