REGULATION ( EEC) No 2081 /75 OF THE COMMISSION of 7 August 1975 amending the amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for cereals and rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 1983/75 (6), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No COMMUNITIES, 20 65/ 75 (7) ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the application of the rules referred to in Economic Community ; Regulation (EEC) No 1983/75 requires that the amounts at present in force should be amended as Having regard to the Treaty of Accession (') ; shown in the Annex to this Regulation, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 229/73 (2) of 31 January 1973 laying down general HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : rules for a system of compensatory amounts for cereals and fixing these amounts for certain products, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 602/75 (3), Article 1 and in particular Article 7 thereof ; The amounts applicable as compensatory amounts Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No shown in the Annex to amended Regulation (EEC) 243/73 (4) of 31 January 1973 laying down general No 1983 / 75 are amended as shown in the Annex to rules for a system of compensatory amounts for rice this Regulation . and fixing these amounts for certain products, as amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 999/74 (5), and in Article 2 particular Article 5 thereof ;

Whereas compensatory amounts for cereals and rice This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 August have been fixed pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 1 975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
