REGULATION (EEC) No 2087/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 8 August 1975 closing the standing invitation to tender for white sugar for UNRWA provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 1071 /75

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN and of the very serious difficulties which this poses for COMMUNITIES, prospective tenderers, the aforesaid standing invitation to tender should be closed ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No ment Committee for Sugar, 1052/73 (') of 17 April 1973 on the supply of sugar to UNRWA as food aid pursuant to the Agreement dated 18 December 1972 with that agency, as HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 61 1 /75 (2), and in particular Article 1 (3) thereof ; Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1071 /75 (3) of 24 April 1975 on an invitation to tender The standing invitation to tender provided for in for the mobilization of white sugar as food aid for Regulation (EEC) No 1071 /75 is hereby closed. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
