REGULATION ( EEC ) No 2136 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 14 August 1975 on a standing invitation to tender for the mobilization of Community white sugar as food aid for UNRWA
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage ment Committee for Sugar, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;
Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1052/73 (') of 17 April 1973 on the supply of sugar to UNRWA as food aid pursuant to the Agreement with that agency dated 18 December 1972 (2), as amended Article 1 by Regulation (EEC) No 61 1 /75 (3), and in particular Article 1 (3 ) thereof ; 1 . Article 11 2.
