REGULATION (EEC) No 2178/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 21 August 1975 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2006/75 fixing for the 1975/76 marketing year, the accession compensatory amounts for certain categories of cereals , for rice and for processed products derived from cereals or rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Cereals , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 229/73 (') of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for the system of compensatory amounts for cereals and fixing these for certain products, as last Article 1 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 860/74 (2), and in particular Article 9 thereof ; The accession compensatory amounts for certain cate­ gories of cereals, for rice and for processed products Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No derived from cereals or rice for the 1975/76 marketing 243/73 (3) of 31 January 1973 laying down general year shown in the Annexes to Regulation ( EEC) No rules for the system of compensatory amounts for rice 2006/ 75 are amended as shown in the Annex to this and fixing these amounts for certain products , and in Regulation . particular Article 7(1 ) thereof ;

Whereas the accession compensatory amounts for certain categories of cereals, for rice and for processed Article 2 products derived from cereals or rice for the 1975/76 marketing year have been fixed by Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 August No 2006/75 (4 ) ; whereas a check has "revealed errors 1975 . in Annexes A, B and C to this Regulation ; whereas the Regulation in question must therefore be It shall apply in so far as any party concerned so amended ; requests with effect from 1 August 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
