REGULATION ( EEC) No 2225 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 28 August 1975 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2115 /75 , laying down in respect of the 1975/76 wine growing year detailed rules for applying the obligation to distil the by-products of wine-making, and repealing Regulation (EEC) No 2179/74

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Regulation in question should, therefore, COMMUNITIES, be corrected , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 816/70 (') of 28 April 1970 laying down additional Article 1 provisions for the common organization of the market in wine , as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No The text of Article 1 ( 1 ) (c) of Regulation (EEC) No 1 932/75 (2), and in particular Articles 24 (4) and 35 2115/75 is replaced by the following : thereof ; '(c) the reduced rates referred to in Article 7 (3) of Whereas Article 1 ( 1 ) (c) of Commission Regulation Regulation ( EEC) No 1877/74 shall be : (EEC) No 21 15/75 of 12 August 1975 laying down , in — 9 % for red quality wine psr, respect of the 1975/76 wine growing year, detailed — 5 % for white quality wines psr. rules for applying the obligation to distil the by-products of wine-making and repealing Regulation Article 2 ( EEC) No 2179 /74 fixed the reduced rate referred to in Article 7 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 1877/74, and In Article 2 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 2115/75 M Article 2 (2) of the same Regulation fixed the date December 1975' is replaced by '1 November 1975'. when isolated producers affected by the provisions of Article 7 ( 1 ), second subparagraph of Regulation (EEC) Article 3 No 1877/74 must give notification that they are fore­ going the exemption provided for in that paragraph ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Whereas a check has revealed that errors have slipped publication in the Official Journal of the European into the text ; Communities.
