Whereas Article 2 of Regulation ( EEC) No 155/ 71 provides that a production refund should be granted HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : in respect of olive oil used in the manufacture of certain preserved fish and vegetables ; Article 1 Whereas Article 3 ( 1 ) of that Regulation provides that the refund must be fixed every two months ; whereas For the months of September and October 1975 the paragraph 2 of that Article provides that the amount amount of the production refund referred to in Article of the refund is to be equal to the average, over the 2 of Regulation ( EEC) No 155/ 71 shall be 18 608 period from the sixteenth day of the third month to units of account per 100 kilogrammes . the fifteenth day of the last month preceding that in which the refund begins to apply, of the variable Article 2 components of the levies on imports of olive oil falling within subheading 15.07 A I a) of the This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September Common Customs Tariff ; 1975 .
