REGULATION ( EEC) No 2249/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 2.9 August 1975 amending for the first time Regulation ( EEC) No 2042/75 on special detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export licences for cereals and rice

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 2042/75 (3 ) of 25 July 1975, on special detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export Article 1 licences for cereals and rice consolidated the appli­ cable legislation as regards inter alia the period of Annex II to Regulation ( EEC) No 2042/ 75 is replaced validity of licences ; whereas the provisions of that by the Annex to this Regulation .
