REGULATION ( EEC) No 2302/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 8 September 1975 fixing the basic amount of the import levy on syrups and certain other sugar products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN sion that the basic amount of the levy at present in COMMUNITIES, force should be altered as shown in this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 3330 /74 (') of 19 December 1974 on the common organization of the market in sugar, and in particular The basic amount of the import levy on the products Article 1 5 (7) thereof ; listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) d) of Regulation (EEC) No 3330/74 is hereby fixed, per 100 kilogrammes of Whereas the basic amount of the import levy on product, at 0-0193 unit of account per percentage syrups and certain other sugar products was fixed by point of sucrose content. Regulation (EEC) No 2250/75 (2), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2268/75 (3) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2250/75 This Regulation shall enter into force on 9 September to the information at present available to the Commis­ 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
