REGULATION ( EEC) No 2330 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 11 September 1975 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on yarn of combed sheep's or lambs' wool (worsted yarn , not put up for retail sale) falling within heading No 53.07 , originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrange ments set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3048/74 of 2 December 1974 apply
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN amounts of imports into the Community of the COMMUNITIES , products in question, originating in countries covered by preferential tariff arrangements, reached that Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European ceiling ; whereas, bearing in mind the objectives of Economic Community ; Regulation (EEC) No 3048/74, which provides that Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No the ceiling should not be exceeded, customs duties 3048 /74 (') of 2 December 1974 establishing preferen should be re-established in respect of the products in tial tariffs in respect of certain textile products origi question, nating in developing countries, and in particular Article 4 (2) thereof ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Whereas Article 1 (3) of that Regulation provides that Article 1 customs duties may, for each category of products, be suspended up to a Community ceiling equal to As from 15 September 1975 the levying of customs 1 57-5 % of the sum arrived at by adding together the duties, suspended in pursuance of Council Regulation metric tonnage of the products in question , imported (EEC) No 3048/74 of 2 December 1974, shall be into the Community in 1968 and coming from coun re-established in respect of the following products, tries listed in Annex B to that Regulation , but not imported into the Community : including products coming from countries already covered by various preferential tariff arrangements esta CCT blished by the Community, and 5% of the 1970 heading Description of goods No metric tonnage of such imports coming from other countries and from countries already covered by such arrangements ; whereas Article 2 ( 1 ) of that Regulation 53.07 Yarn of combed sheep's or lambs' wool provides that the levying of customs duties may be (worsted yarn , not put up for retail sale) re-established at any time once the Community ceiling has been reached ; Article 2 Whereas, in respect of yarn of combed sheep's or lambs' wool (worsted yarn , not put up for retail sale) This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day the ceiling, calculated as indicated above, should be following its publication in the Official Journal of 363 metric tons ; whereas on 9 September 1975 the the Eurobectn Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
