REGULATION ( EEC) No 2330 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 11 September 1975 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on yarn of combed sheep's or lambs' wool (worsted yarn , not put up for retail sale) falling within heading No 53.07 , originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrange­ ments set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 3048/74 of 2 December 1974 apply

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN amounts of imports into the Community of the COMMUNITIES , products in question, originating in countries covered by preferential tariff arrangements, reached that Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European ceiling ; whereas, bearing in mind the objectives of Economic Community ; Regulation (EEC) No 3048/74, which provides that Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No the ceiling should not be exceeded, customs duties 3048 /74 (') of 2 December 1974 establishing preferen­ should be re-established in respect of the products in tial tariffs in respect of certain textile products origi­ question, nating in developing countries, and in particular Article 4 (2) thereof ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
