REGULATION ( EEC) No 2349/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 12 September 1975 fixing the basic amount of the import levy on syrups and certain other sugar products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN sion that the basic amount of the levy at present in COMMUNITIES, force should be altered as shown in this Regulation,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 3330/ 74 (') of 19 December 1974 on the common organization of the market in sugar, and in particular The basic amount of the import levy on the products Article 1 5 (7) thereof ; listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) d) of Regulation (EEC) No Whereas the basic amount of the import levy on 3330/74 is hereby fixed, per 100 kilogrammes of syrups and certain other sugar products was fixed by product, at 0-0277 unit of account per percentage Regulation (EEC) No 2250/75 (2), as last amended by point of sucrose content. Regulation ( EEC) No 2302/75 (3 ) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2250/75 This Regulation shall enter into force on 13 to the information at present available to the Commis­ September 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
