correcting the import levies on olive oil

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No COMMUNITIES , 303/74 (6) of 4 February 1974 on imports of olive oil from Morocco, and in particular Article 5 thereof ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas the levies on olive oil were fixed by Commis sion Regulation (EEC) No 1621 /75 (7), as last amended Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/ by '38-040' ( EEC) No 2352/75 (8) ; 66 / EEC (") of 22 September 1966 on the establish Whereas a check has revealed an error in the Annex ment of a common organization of the market in oils to that Regulation ; whereas the Regulation in ques and fats , as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No tion must therefore be corrected , I 707 / 73 (-), and in particular Article 13(4) thereof ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 162/ 66 / EEC (') of 27 October 1966 on trade in oils and Article 1 fats between the Community and Greece, and in parti cular Articles 3 (4) and 9 thereof ; In the Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 1621 /75 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2352/75 the Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No amount '38-040 ' subheading 15.07 A I b) in the 443 / 72 ( 4 ) of 29 February 1972 on the levies on columns Morocco and Tunisia is replaced by the refined olive oil and on certain products containing amount ' 38-050 '. olive oil , and in particular Article 9 thereof ; Article 2 Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 1 91 2/ 74 ( 5 ) of 22 July 1974 on imports of olive oil This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 from Tunisia , and in particular Article 5 thereof ; September 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
