REGULATION ( EEC) No 2392/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 19 September 1975 concerning an invitation to tender for the costs of delivery of skimmed-milk powder to Jordan as food aid
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,
Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; 1 . In accordance with the provisions of Regulations (EEC) No 1347/75 and (EEC) No 1348/75, tenders shall be invited for the costs of delivery of a lot of' 600 metric tons of skimmed-milk powder to Jordan . Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza tion of the market in milk and milk products, as last 2. Subject to the special provisions contained here amended by Regulation (EEC) No 740/75 (2), and in inafter, the provisions of Regulation (EEC) No particular Article 7 (5) thereof ; 2557/74 shall apply to the tendering procedure and to the terms for delivery of the skimmed-milk powder.
Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 1 348/75 (3) of Article 2 26 May 1975 on the supply of skimmed-milk powder as food aid to certain developing countries and interna tional organizations under the 1975 programme, 1 . The time limit for the submission of tenders expires on 7 October 1975 at 12 noon .
