REGULATION ( EEC) No 2394/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 19 September 1975 opening an invitation to tender for the costs of delivery of skimmed-milk powder to Mali as food aid

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in milk and milk products, as last Article 1 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 740/75 (2), and in particular Articles 7 (5) and 28 thereof ; Tenders are hereby invited, pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 597/75 for the delivery cif Abidjan, Whereas Council Regulatiqn (EEC) No 3234/74 (3) of according to Article 2, of a lot of 2 400 metric tons of 17 December 1974 on the supply of skimmed-milk skimmed-milk powder to Mali made up of 900 metric powder as food aid to the countries of the Sahel , Ethi­ tons pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 3234/74 and opia and Somalia under Regulation (EEC) No 1 500 metric tons pursuant to Regulation (EEC) No 3236/ 74 . 1826/74, provides more particularly for the supply to Mali of 900 metric tons of skimmed-milk powder ;
