REGULATION ( EEC) No 2423 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 23 September 1975 altering the export levies on starch products manufactured from rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN prices of broken rice that the levies at present in force COMMUNITIES , should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regu­ lation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation No 359/ HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 67/ EEC(')of 25 July 1967 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in rice, as last amended by Regula­ Article 1 tion ( EEC) No 668 /75 (2 ) ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No The export levies provided for in Article 6 (2) of Regu­ lation ( EEC) No 1955/75 fixed in the Annex to Regu­ 1 955/75 (3 ) of 22 July 1975 on production refunds in the cereals and rice sectors, and in particular Article 6 lation (EEC) No 2363 /75 are altered as shown in the ( 2) thereof ; table annexed to this Regulation for the products listed therein . Whereas the export levies on starch products manufac­ tured from rice were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 2363 /75 (4 ) ; Whereas it follows from applying the provisions This Regulation shall enter into force on 24 contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2363/75 to the September 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
