REGULATION (EEC) No 2480/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 29 September 1975 fixing the basic amount of the import levy on syrups and certain other sugar products

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 3330/74 (') of 19 December 1974 on the common organization of the market in sugar, and in particular The basic amount of the import levy on the products Article 1 5 (7) thereof ; listed in Article 1 ( 1 ) d) of Regulation (EEC) No 3330/74 is hereby fixed, per 100 kilogrammes of Whereas the basic amount of the import levy on syrups and certain other sugar products was fixed by product, at 0-0472 unit of account per percentage point of sucrose content. Regulation (EEC) No 2250/75 (2), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2447/75 (3) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 2250/75 This Regulation shall enter into force on 30 to the information at present available to the Commis­ September 1975 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
