REGULATION ( EEC) No 2499/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 September 1975 amending Regulation (EEC) No 848/75 as regards certain provisions relating to intra-Community trade in animals eligible for premiums

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas, as a result of continuing administrative diffi­ COMMUNITIES, culties, these arrangements should be extended until 1 December 1975 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No ment Committee for Beef and Veal, 464/75 ( ! ) of 27 February 1975 establishing systems of premiums for producers of bovine animals, and in particular Article 2 (2) thereof ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas, under Article 5 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 848/75 (2) of 1 April 1975 laying down detailed rules for the application of the systems of Article 1 premiums for producers of bovine animals, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 673/75 (3), in the In Article 5 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No 848/75 for '1 case, of intra-Community trade in animals eligible for October 1975' read '1 December 1975'. the premiums provided for in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 464/75, where proof of slaughter does not reach the competent authority of the Member State Article 2 granting the premium, that State may until 1 October 1975 accept in place of the slaughtering certificate This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1975 . proof of export to another Community country ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
