REGULATION (EURATOM , ECSC , EEC) No 2577 / 75 OF THE COUNCIL of 7 October 1975 adjusting the rates set out in Article 13 of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities, relating to the daily subsistence allow­ ance for officials on mission

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing a Single Council and a Single Commission of the European With effect from 1 July 1975 the rates laid down in Communities ; Article 13 ( 1 ), (3), (8) and (9) of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations shall be adjusted as follows : Having regard to the Staff Regulations of Officials and (a) in column III of the scale set out in Article the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of 13(1 ) (a) of Annex VII, the rate of ' Bfrs 1 160' the European Communities laid down in Regulation shall be replaced by ' Bfrs 1 220' ; ( EEC, Euratom , ECSC) No 259/ 68 (') and last amended by Regulation (Euratom, ECSC, EEC) No (b) in Article 13(3), the rate of ' Bfrs 300' shall be 1 009 /75 (2), and in particular Article 13 of Annex VII replaced by ' Bfrs 315'; to these Staff Regulations and Articles 22 and 67 of (c) in the second subparagraph of Article 13(8), the these Conditions of Employment ; rate of ' Bfrs 400' shall be replaced by ' Bfrs 420' ; (d) in Article 13(9), the rate of ' 5% ' laid down for Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; missions carried out in Strasbourg shall be Whereas it appears advisable to adjust the rates of the replaced by the ' 10 % ' for officials in categories C daily mission allowances laid down for officials in cate­ and D. gories C and D ; Article 2 Whereas it is for the Council , acting on a proposal from the Commission , to adjust the rates set out in This Regulation shall enter into force on the day Article 13 of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations in following its publication in the Official Journal of accordance with the procedure laid down therein, the European Communities.
