whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation 1 . HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Article4¶
In Article 20 of Regulation (EEC) No 232/75, subpara Article 8 of Regulation (EEC) No 1282/72 is amended to read as follows : graph (a) shall be amended to read as follows :
' In respect of butter sold under Article 8 of this '(a) the compensatory amounts provided for in Regulation : Regulation ( EEC) No 974/71 shall be multi plied by : (a ) the compensatory amounts provided for in Regulation ( EEC) No 974/ 71 shall be multi — the coefficient 0-45 in the case of use for plied by the coefficient 0-4 ; however, in the "formula A" products, case of the United Kingdom the coefficient — the coefficient 0-55 in the case of use for shall be 0-6 ; "formula B" products ; (b) the compensatory amounts provided for in the Act of Accession shall not apply.' however, in the case of the United Kingdom these coefficients shall be respectively 0-65 Article 2 and 0-80 .'
Regulation (EEC) No 1717/72 is amended to read as follows : Article 5 1 .
