REGULATION ( EEC) No 2606/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 14 October 1975 amending Regulation (EEC) No 644/75 of the Commission with regard to the levying of countervailing charges on imports of liqueur wines intended for processing

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Wine, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 816/70 0 of 28 April 1970 laying down additional provisions for the common organization of the market Point 5 of Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 644/75 is in wine, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No hereby amended to read as follows : 1 932/75 (2), and in particular Article 9(6) thereof ; ' 5.
