REGULATION (EEC) No 2607/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 14 October 1975 amending for the second time Regulation (EEC) No 2042/75 on special detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export licences for cereals and rice

Whereas during the first two months of the current marketing year import licences were issued for large Article 2 quantities of durum wheat ; whereas these quantities are in addition to those imported after 1 August 1975 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its under licences issued during the 1974/75 marketing publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. year ;
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
