REGULATION ( EEC) No 2615 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 14 October 1975 concerning an invitation to tender for the costs of delivery of skimmed-milk powder to Mauritius as food aid

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES ,

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; 1 . In accordance with the provisions of Regulations (EEC) No 1347/75 and (EEC) No 1348/75, tenders shall be invited for the costs of delivery of a lot of 200 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No metric tons of skimmed-milk powder to Mauritius . 804/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in milk and milk products, as last 2 .
