REGULATION ( EEC) No 2615 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 14 October 1975 concerning an invitation to tender for the costs of delivery of skimmed-milk powder to Mauritius as food aid
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES ,
Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; 1 . In accordance with the provisions of Regulations (EEC) No 1347/75 and (EEC) No 1348/75, tenders shall be invited for the costs of delivery of a lot of 200 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No metric tons of skimmed-milk powder to Mauritius . 804/68 (') of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza tion of the market in milk and milk products, as last 2 . Subject to the special provisions contained amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 740 /75 (2 ), and in hereinafter, the provisions of Regulation (EEC) No particular Article 7 (5) thereof ; 2557/74 shall apply to the tendering procedure and to the terms for delivery of the skimmed-milk powder.
Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 1 348 /75 (3) of 26 May 1975 on the supply of skimmed-milk powder Article 2 as food aid to certain developing countries and interna tional organizations under the 1975 food-aid 1 . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
