REGULATION ( EEC ) No 2617 / 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 15 October 1975 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on woven fabrics of silk or of waste silk other than noil falling within heading No 50.09, originating in India , to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3048 / 74 of 2 December 1974 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
