REGULATION (EEC) No 2646/ 75 OF THE COMMISSION of 17 October 1975 amending the Annex to Regulation No 225 /67/EEC as regards the coefficients for colza and rape seed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Oils and Fats, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/ 66/ EEC ( 1 ) of 22 September 1966 on the establish­ ment of a common organization of the market in oils Article 1 and fats, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1707/ 73 (2 ) ; Part A of the Annex to Regulation No 225/67/ EEC is hereby amended to read as follows : Having regard to Council Regulation No 115/ 67/ EEC (3) of 6 June 1967 laying down criteria for Coefficient of equivalence determining world market prices and fixing the fron­ Amount Amount tier crossing point, and in particular Article 7 thereof ; to be deducted to be added from the price to the price Whereas Article 3 of Commission Regulation No (u.a. per 100 kg) (u.a . per 100 kg) 225/67/ EEC (4) of 28 June 1967 on detailed rules for A. Colza and rape seed determining the world market price for oil seeds, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 222/74 (5), Seed from Canada 0-234 \ provides that, where the offers and quotations used Seed from Sweden 0-624 I relate to a quality other than the standard quality for Seed from Poland 0-322 which the target price was fixed, they shall be adjusted on the basis of the coefficients of equivalence shown in the Annex ; Article 2
