REGULATION ( EEC) No 2659/75 OF THE COMMISSION of 20 October 1975 fixing the compensatory amounts for eggs

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas in the sector of eggs the calculation of the COMMUNITIES, compensatory amounts for trade with Denmark results in minimal amounts ; whereas there is therefore no Having regard to the Treaty of Accession (^ ; need to fix a compensatory amount applicable to that country, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 237/73 (2) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for the system of compensatory amounts for HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : eggs, as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2880/73 (3), Article 1 and in particular Article 9 (3) thereof ; The amounts provided for in Article 4 of Regulation Whereas the compensatory amounts for egg products (EEC) No 237/73 as compensatory amounts for eggs, were fixed by Council Regulation (EEC) No 237/73 ovalbumin and lactalbumin for the period November and Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1 882/75 (4); and December 1975 and January 1976 are fixed in whereas, however, the compensatory amounts are the Annex hereto . determined in accordance with Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 237/73 where the situation envisaged in Article 2 Article 7 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 229/73 (5) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for the This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November system of compensatory amounts for cereals arises ; 1975 .
