REGULATION ( EEC) No 2697 /75 OF THE COMMISSION of 23 October 1975 fixing the sluice-gate prices and levies on pigmeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN fixing sluice-gate prices for the period 1 November COMMUNITIES, 1975 to 31 January 1976 ;

Whereas, since sluice-gate prices and levies for pigmeat were by Regulation (EEC) No 1868 /75 last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : fixed for the period 1 August to 31 October 1975, they must be fixed anew for the period 1 November 1975 to 31 January 1976 ; whereas such prices and Article 1 levies should in principle be fixed by reference to feed grain prices for the period 1 February to 31 July 1975 ; 1 . The sluice-gate prices provided for in Article 12 of Regulation No 121 /67/EEC for the products speci­ fied in Article 1 of Regulation No 134/67/ EEC and Whereas, when the sluice-gate prices applicable from the levies provided for in Article 8 of Regulation No 1 November, 1 February and 1 May respectively are 121 /67/EEC for the products specified in Article 1 ( 1 ) being fixed, changes in world market prices for feed of that Regulation shall for the period 1 November grain should be taken into account only if the price of 1975 to 31 January 1976 be as shown in the Annex the quantity of feed grain required varies by at least a hereto . specified minimum in relation to that used in calcu­ lating the sluice-gate price for the preceding quarter ; whereas this minimum was fixed by Regulation No 2.
