fixing the basic price and the standard quality for slaughtered pigs for the period from 1 August 1975 to 31 October 1976

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , Whereas production costs on the market in pigmeat have risen considerably; whereas it is therefore appropriate to apply the basic price from a date earlier than that laid down in Article 4 ( 1 ) of Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Regulation (EEC) No 2759/75 , European Economic Community, and in particular Article 43 thereof;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2759/75 (*) of 29 October 1975 on the common organization of the market in pigmeat, and in particular Article 4 (4) thereof; Article 1

> The basic price for slaughtered pigs of the standard Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; quality shall be fixed at 106 units of account per 100 kilogrammes. Article 3 Whereas the basic price must be fixed in accordance with the criteria laid down in Article 4 ( 1 ) of 1 . Council Regulation (EEC) No 676/75 of 4 Regulation (EEC) No 2759/75 for a standard quality March 1975 fixing the basic price and the standard defined according to Council Regulation (EEC) No quality for slaughtered pigs for the period from 1 2760/75 (3 ) of 29 October 1975 determining the August 1975 to 31 October 1976 (4) is hereby Community scale for grading pig carcases ; repealed.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
